You’ll also have the flexibility to adjust the delivery day if needed. For larger bulk orders, you’ll receive a dispatch notification. We accept returns of goods fit for sale upon return, similar to their state upon delivery. Prior arrangement, confirmed in writing, is required for returns. An agreed 20% handling/re-stocking charge will apply, except in cases where the goods were defective upon delivery. It is essential to notify us of any return requests within 14 working days from receipt of the order. Please note that a collection charge will also apply.
